help with large protruding nipples

Is there any trick to concealing protruding nipples> Band-Aids don't work and if I wear a fully padded bra, it makes me larger than I want to be. The doctor has said there is a surgical solution, but I certainly don't want that. Sometimes they are real man magnets.

Hu lady, I'm only a full C cup but they are perky and tear drop shape. I am very proud of them but Nipples poking through my tops are a problem when I'm not trying to attract men. Most women think thats trashy,

 

Since my breast tightening surgery early last year, I have been much more bold with going braless. And yes, my nipples do protrude through most of my tops. But I'm not the least bit worried about it. I consider having nipples, just like having boobs, to simply be part of being a woman.
