There's an easy test for this. Sit on your parents couch with parents present, engage in some serious blowjobbery and you'll have your answer. Fairly soon,I would imagine.
Bill Clitoris set the standard in 1998, specifically that "sexual relations" means intercourse. Oral sex is not sex, in his mind. From a common sense perspective, fellatio is indeed sex. Despite this ludicrous semantic debate, none can deny that fellatio is sexual contact.
Keyword being SEX whether it is penetrating, oral or anal, it is still sex. If you are not ready to have sex with a guy then don't have sex with a guy. Please do no give him head, let him fuck you in your ass and say I'm a virgin. If he is not good enough to fuck he is not good enough to suck or get the booty. <edit>
I've always thought of it as sex, thinking about it now "long" and "hard", with all the penetration, thrusting, ejaction and orgasm, I have "cum" to the conclusion that a blowjob is sex.
I wouldn't consider a handjob sex because it's basically it's just masturbation only with another person's hand. On the other hand, I do consider a blowjob sex. Blowjobs are a very intimate act and any time that you put your mouth on someone's "sex organ" I would definitely consider it sex!!!!
I don't consider it sex. It's sexual and it's a sexual act but not sex. That's just me. Masturbating is a sexual act...but not sex. We all have a different viewpoint. A girlfriend from a long time ago believed she would go to hell if she had sex before she married. She was still a virgin when she was sucking boyfriends off and she readily admitted to "knowing" that sucking men off would not send her to hell. I didn't argue.
Sex can refer specifically to penis-vaginal penetration or any activity between two or more people that is intended to gratify the sexual urge. It’s a matter of context and connotation.
