When you go to bed, what are you wearing (if anything)?

Usually nothing but my birthday suit!

 

Last night, it was nothing at all. My wife and I used to sleep nude every night, but since the kids came along it’s been pajama shorts for me, t-shirt and panties for my wife. But on occasion when we’re confident that the kids won’t be knocking on our door in the middle of the night, we’re going nude.

 

Usually tee shirt and shorts, but tried nude during recent vacation. That was nice, will certainly try again when weather is more conducive at home.

Yeah, I was born wearing nothing, and my bed is like the womb.

Being naked in bed feels appropriate.

 

Being naked under a nice down comforter works for a good nights sleep,but if you have to get up to pee or something i need a warm robe to keep the chill away.

 

I guess it just depends on the situation. When I lived at home in high school and college sleeping naked was not an option….. usually boxers or something similar. Once I graduated from college and moved away and got my own place, I slept naked. Back then I had a waterbed and you could adjust the temperature, naked was the only option. One day on a whim, I bought a set of satin sheets and there was no way I was gonna wear anything in bed.

Unfortunately with a few LTRs they seemed to have a phobia of sleeping naked. I could not figure that out. My wife (now ex) was pretty good about sleeping naked for a good while Until she started putting on weight and she did not like how she was looking, so she started wearing something to bed. I could not figure out why she wanted to cover up when we were still having sex. The fight came to bed naked she knew what I wanted, but the lights had to be off before she would let me disrobe her.

When I moved in with my girlfriend (fiancé, and now wife) I pretty much insisted that we sleep together naked. Just lock the bedroom door and not worry about her kids. But even though the house was the same temperature year round, in the winter months she started wearing pajamas. WHY? It did not make sense to me! a couple years ago, We were coming up on a major marital milestone and she wanted to go to a beach resort that we had been to few times in the past. I said that would be nice, but on one condition….. we sleep naked! She has heated for a moment, but finally agreed. The first two nights there, once the lights were out, she would come to bed nude. Yeah we were older and had not had sex in quite a while, but it still felt good feeling our bodies together, without pesky material in the way. The last two nights she was wearing her normal nighttime attire. Pissed me off! I mean we are at a nice tropical gulf Coast Beach $$$….. is it too much to ask?

When I was on the road for work, the first thing I did when I checked into my room was checked the thermostat, and then get naked. Never wore anything in my hotel room bed. it just felt better, and was convenient if I wanted to pull one off. A nice relaxing night, and I slept like the dead.

I've slept naked since I was about 7 or 8 so mostly it has been an erection to bed or if I was with someone and erection and a smile

Just re-visiting this topic. Recently we have crossed a threshold in that neither of the kids tends to wake up during the night anymore, so my wife and I have returned to sleeping nude every night. She has been super enthusiastic about it, and even called me out last night for putting on a pair of pajama shorts (out of habit) before bed. Until this week, I never realized how much I've missed sleeping nude on a everyday basis. The fact that my wife is into it makes it that much more enjoyable. Two things I'm really looking forward to is: the spontaneous middle of the night sex, like we used to have - and showing her my morning wood the next time it happens.

To me it’s more comfortable, I know it’s not for everyone but hey I save money on laundry lmao

 

T-shirt, underwear, and I sleep under a weighted blanket (20lb) because I sleep with a woman who likes to put the fan on full blast... even when it's not needed. In the summer, I prefer to sleep naked... but when the A/C is on and she's got the fan running...
