I have a strong conviction that people with vulvas (at the very least cis-women) grossly underestimate how noticeable it is when they're aroused. And I don't mean when they're spread eagle. Even when standing up, or when sitting or lying down with their legs at a normal distance apart. I'm referring to the fact that -- I think -- it's not that hard to see the outer vulva part slightly and the engorged clitoral hood peeking out like a little sliver in between the folds. At least from a reasonable distance. Admittedly, I have not conducted a scientific study into this. The overall idea that it's easily visible is based on my own observations of aroused vulvas IRL after 20 years as a sexually active adult and often being nude with cis-female friends, as well as seeing a lot of pornography. Meanwhile, I've based my conclusion that cis-women underestimate how visible it is on a handful of convos with girlfriends and female friends. As well as the sole focus on proper decorum for someone with a penis when they get an erection in a nudist or clothing optional setting, but never whether people with vulvas should also practice some discretion should they get aroused. So, I'd like to hear from all of you with vulvas. Do you think it's much more noticeable than many with feminine genitals will admit? Not noticeable at all unless you're spreading your labia and showing it to someone on purpose? Or, yeah, maybe a little, but not as much as I'm making it sound like it is?
There was a book published many years ago by author Desmond Morris called "The Naked Ape". It delves deeply into the genetics and physiology of what happens to the human body during arousal. It goes into detailed descriptions of the changes that happen and the reasons for these changes which is ultimately to attract a mate for procreation. Like the primates that we evolved from, we still exhibit these outward signals. It's easy with males as our genitals are prominent and exposed. So when we are aroused it's obvious. With females the signs are sometimes a bit more subtle and aren't always so obvious. Yes, their outer labia swell and change color as they engorge with blood. Yes, their inner labia also swell, change color and sometimes protrude from the outer labia. The clitoral hood becomes more prominent and the clitoris becomes engorged and more sensitive. Their nipples become erect and more sensitive. Unfortunately, not all women's arousal is as noticeable or prominent as other women. You may want to tell your girlfriends and female friends to read that book. It's very informative and explains a lot helping to make some of these signs more easy to notice!!!!
The day I tell a girlfriend to read a book about their own bodies is the day I no longer have a girlfriend. LOL!
You'd be surprised at how many women actually enjoyed reading that book and learning about their genetics!! Most of the women that I know loved it!!
Its true, learning about yourself and your sex is great for loving yourself and keeping up to date on anything that could be cause for concern with your body
There is no better way to learn how to please yourself, or to teach someone how to please you than knowing your own body very intimately and know where every one of your erogenous zones are!!!! I'm sure that reading that book would help a great many men too. Most men don't know where all their erogenous zones are, except the obvious ones!!!!
I believe on some women it is far more obvious and visibly detectable than on others. However in most cases, it’s the overall body language that makes it far more obvious. Should they hide it in c/o situations - “not at all” I want to see that I have that affect on a women if and when I do. I have never understood why natural reactions to human interaction and attraction was ever deemed to be offensive. It seems very strange to me that if you are engaged with someone that intrigues you so much you become stimulated, show signs of attraction, feel emotional connect, that we must hide or disguise that emotion. it’s no wonder people struggle to bond with others in this lost society - we frown upon anyone that dares to display any natural attraction indicators.
