Well basically, maybe kind of new to “strains” or “types” of Marijuana. I notice at my “Local Hemp shop” or local THC Store, they carry usually “3 types of Marijuana flower”: They have a “Indica selection”, a “Hybrid selection” and a “Sativa” selection in these stores?

Basically, what is the difference between these 3 strands?? I know all 3 have sort of “different side effects” after you use them?? Which one would you recommend for say a 35 year old marijuana smoker such as myself? Indica? Hybrid? Or Sativa strain?? And what are all of the side effects and the difference between all 3 of these marijuana flowers??? Thanks for helping me on this!!!

Sativa is almost everyone's favorite, and people have compared it to a pound cake, with the issue being the ratio of its contents. Hybrids are an attempt to force faster growth and, in my opinion, they're starting to balance growth with their contents more consistently, with "Blueberries" becoming popular. Indica is more of a psychotropic high, and I recommend Sensemia if that's what you like. Psychotropic pot commonly makes walking down the street feel like swimming.

I also heard Indica is good for “sleep”: Hear drowsiness is one of the side effects of Indica too. People say it’s good for maybe “nighttime smoking”.

They all have their uses and admirers!

I have tried them all... but not EVERY single strain... just the three...

Sativa is great for being UP, creative and having fun. It makes some people antsy, or a bit psychotic if overdone.

Hybrids blend the best of both worlds... I once went on stage at a High Times Cannabis Cup and accepted an award for some OG Kush (a hybrid) and it is still perhaps my favorite.

Indicas are the best for just zoning out and relaxing. Sleep is much easier with some Indica, but couch-lock could occur if overdone.

Blue Dream is a great hybrid!

We also really like this one out in California called Ice Cream Cake.

We get mostly hybrids... and end up experimenting with lots of different strains.

That sounds right to me. I have my own unusual standards for pot, because I write Rainbow Warrior Poetry. It was southeast Asians who first cultivated it for smoking, because its useful for writing our Oneness Poetry. Think of a stupid, easy to do, giant word puzzle, but so damn enormous, that nobody could ever finish the puzzle in their lifetime without learning how to do so subconsciously. Pot scrambles our conscious mind in the right way to encourage it to cooperate more with our unconscious mind. For that, an ordinary sativa is better than killer weed!
