Some will believe it and then become upset later when their Medicaid is cut and say that they thought it would only happen to freeloading unemployed young men playing video games.

His administration is trying to interpret the words 'subject to the jurisdiction thereof' in the 14th Amendment such that it means it doesn't give birthright citizenship to offspring of migrants because they supposedly aren't subject to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Another argument is that the 14th Amendment is only meant for the offspring of slaves.
