I love to read about other guys' experiences about--and wishes for--sexual encounters with other guys. It supplements the real life hookups I have with guys, which aren't anywhere near as plentiful as I wish. But why are there so few online gay forums for this? Even this particular one I am posting this into right now has so little activity. And I just can't find much out there. On the other hand, the bisexual Hip forums are very busy and populated. So I spend a lot of time in them, reading and posting. Yes, I do come from the bisexual side of things, so I can relate to the guys there, but once I hit 60 a couple years ago I realized that I've actually been gay all my life and I've just been fighting that. So I want to spend more online time with other gay men, rather than bi married men. Does anyone know why gay men don't seem to do the writing thing? Is it because they're just spending so much time having sex and real relationships, rather than writing about it? Not having been openly gay to myself through my life I don't have a good perspective on this. And I want to get more familiar with that perspective. I want to live more as a gay man. I want to have long-term at least sexual if not romantic relationships with guys. Maybe even fall in love. I have been hanging out for the last couple of years with a lot of platonic gay friends through this huge gay Facebook group that has weekly meetups in bar/restaurants, so that's been absolutely fantastic. But what about the online universe?

Sounds to me that you are already living as a gay man. You have joined a real group and you are making friendships with realy gay men. That's the best way. Talk to them, listen, learn, ask questions - You've got the real deal. I am happy for you.
Yeah, I do feel that I've made some big strides in starting to live as a gay man, like joining this gay social group, developing friendships, and getting together often, not just in the pub meetups but at social (and some sexual) gatherings/parties in member homes and other places. I just wish there were more single men in this group to hook up with and maybe even have something a little more serious with. I suppose it's just a matter of time.
i can definitely attest to this ..day by day I’m more leaning gay then bi…as much as I have loving wife and kids.
