I wake up at 5 and ride around the city and watch the sun come up then I get coffee.I drive back to my shop and work on some cars while I talk with my buddies and listen to music till my shift ends. After work I go preform a gig,go street racing, hunting or I go the gym .I go home and put on pjs and play call of duty then go out at night to ride around then I curl up and sleep.

What do you think of my day?And let me know what yours is like.Always cool to hear from everyone.

Woke up, fell out of bed, Dragged a comb across my head.
Found my way downstairs and drank a cup And looking up, I noticed I was late.
Found my coat and grabbed my hat, Made the bus in seconds flat.
Found my way upstairs and had a smoke, And somebody spoke and I went into a dream...
    ;):D

    Yesterday:
Got up at 5:30. Made coffee, fed the cats, put out the bird feeders.
Hooked up the trailer and went for a two hour kayak trip. Saw three bald eagles, two adults and one juvenile, an otter, a pileated woodpecker, a Baltimore oriole, lots of ducks and about twenty ducklings, a heron, and lots of other assorted birds.
Returned home, took a short nap with a cat on my lap, fixed the fenders on the trailer, painted the wheels and hubs, and greased the bearings.
Then worked on a drawing for a short time and mowed the lawn.

Took a shower and had a salad for supper. Played 0 A.D. for about half an hour then watched highlights of Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert.
Brought in the bird feeders and watched a 1940s movie about "Boston Blackie" on YouTube and went to bed.

    Got up
    Had breakfast
    Walked and run about 5km
Came home changed into non sports clothes and ironed all clothes that were washed yesterday
Made food for afternoon meal - cooked green lentils with some stock. Added a load of leftovers from freezer (mashed potato and turnip and sliced veg sausages) then added a curry mix I use quite a lot.
    Weeded outside
Cut banana, grapes, strawberry and orange for pudding. Will add Greek yoghurt later. It I now 1.50 in the afternoon and I have lots to do for rest of day.
Oops, forgot that I have done my daily tai chi routine while waiting for lentils to cook.

I'm up about 5:30, read the papers and drink coffee to get my heart started. Then I run 3 miles cross country every weekday. Work for me is inspecting properties my real estate investors are thinking of buying. Usually a couple times a week I meet with perspective clients over dinner and drinks. I usually enjoy these occasions although some of them try to put the make on me. Late night its just me and the cat with a few glasses of Cinzano.

Your routine sounds really cool and active! It features my favorite things: sunrises, coffee, gym and driving around in a car (although unfortunately I do not have a driving license yet but I've always liked the idea of driving).

My daily routine is rather simple and quiet. I get up (normally around 6-6.30am but sometimes I struggle), prepare some healthy and simple food for breakfast/lunch, then get ready for work (makeup, hair, outfit). I get to work, make coffee/tea, then work mode on. Finish work around 5-6pm depending on workload.
Go to the gym. Get home. Shower/ get ready for bed, whilst listening to music etc.
I sometimes go out to have dinner first before going to the gym but I try not to do that as it impacts my evening schedule and I end up going to bed later than usual.

My recent goal is to get up as early as I can. I really enjoy the serenity of the morning time.

I can see that we are a lot alike Desert Rose. Work for me as well. I'm told I don't look near my age at 60. So I'll keep doing what I'm doing

Usually a whole lot of nonsense. Being a freelance accountant, I am always juggling clients and projects or prospecting new ones for my firm. That gives me the freedom to roam around town causing all kinds of trouble during the day - I definitely get to the dance classes at my local Y every Tuesday. Always a body in motion - mind wandering to things I shouldn't be thinking.

What did I do today? Woke up at 6: am. Shaved. Washed, got dressed. Loaded my vehicle with plastic totes. And started my rounds for food recovery. Took everything back to the church that we work out of. Record the weights. Recorded the food temperature. Between 15 and 25 degrees F. Is acceptable.
Then divide the food up. Reload into my pickup truck . And deliver it to different locations that do free community meals for those in need. And shelters housing people.
Stop for breakfast at our favorite diner. Then do our second round of food recovery. And back to our church. Finishing up by 3 pm. Or so. Just our normal Friday.
