Are you serious? One of Johnny Depps few good movies? You must be on the blow man, johnny depp is one of the few great actors of our generation, or at least our movie generation. He has shown that he play anyone. I dont even feel like saying anymore because i have said enough. But about the movie, yes this is a great movie. I couldnt agree more.
i couldn't agree more with that man. Blow is a sweet movie and yeah, the end IS sad. Man, ya gotta love that Johnny Depp twit-tswoo!
Depp has yet to perform badly in a role. from nightmare on elm street to pirates of the carribean. if you did not like his charachter, it was written badly.
a perfectly well thought out movie! great time sequencing with eras of drugs and society. when hes walking through the airport with his suit on, sunglasses, and silky hair flowing in the wind... i melt everytime
I think the movie is really good but i wouldnt say i cant stop watching it. I do enjoy watching it whenever I catch it on tv or happen to feel like renting it.
God, I love this flick. i watch it all the time. It really is sad, but very well made. And no matter how many times I watch it, it always sccares me when they show his real face at the very end. He's a kinda creepy guy.
it think depp is over rated i think his only good movies are blow, fear and loathing in las vegas, benny and june was ok and 9th gate was ok too
great movie with a sad ending. "so in the end was it worth it? jesus christ. its always the last day of summer and ive been left out in the cold with no door to get back in. ill grant you ive had more than my share of boyant moments. life passes most people by while theyre making grand plans for..throughout my lifetime ive left pieces of my heart heart here and there. and now theres almost not enough to stay alive. but i force a smile knowing that my ambition far exceeded my talent. there are no more white horses or pretty ladies at my door."
Blow just blew me away! I love Johnny Depp, ever since Whats eating Gilbert Grape. But mainly because watching it was like watching a home movie! My parents divorced when I was real young and my dad lived at Freedom Farm and my mom went back to her preacher dad and the church. I spent half the year with my mom and half with my dad. (yeah a messed up childhood) I spent alot of time in California with the hippies sitting on the beaches smoking grass like no one cared. When I was 17 I went to live in Mexico with a group of "young hippies" and man, watching Blow just brings back memories. They did an excellent job of re-enacting the whole 70's thing. The clothes, furniture, lingo all of it. I love watching the Mexico scene's cuz we lived in Rosarito (just a few miles from Tijiana and about 30 min. from Ensanada. Its like being a teenager again. But the ending is sad, but I have to watch it all the way through.
Fantastic movie - I love it, and have it my movie collection. Johnny Depp can do no wrong, as far as I'm concerned. I don't think he's over-rated at all, I think he deserves all the praise he gets for picking out roles that are interesting and unique.. he doesn't care if he's a big "hollywood actor", he just does what he loves... he does it for the art of it, not the glitz & glamour. Anyhooo, as you can see, I"m a bit passionate about Mr Depp.
I thought is was a fantastic movie. It really shows the glamour of that kind of life style- and the sacrifices that come with it. I have the movie and watched it so many times I got sick of it, but I haven't seen it in a long time.
