    I'd not disagree with you. But they can't do that because they need fear to gain control and the Old Testament is full of fearful stuff that people can use to keep other people in line, turn them into believers of the untruths being put out there, you know, shit like they're doing now.

    Because violence is the only thing that fascist regimes understand. The fucker changed the title of "Secretary of Defense" to "Secretary of War" and that, my friends, should tell you something and sends a very dire message.

    The war against Trans people is so cruel and unthinkable. Why can this be allowed? It's targeting a small group of people who have had enough to deal with in their lives - but this? I am enraged.

    The thing is that it isn't allowed. The US Constitution prohibits the kind of thing the Trump administration and various state governors are doing. But what are you going to do? The corrupt Supreme Court just keeps on letting them get away with it.

    If Trump is above the law, so is his flunky, Vance. They can say shit like this, and SCOTUS says it's okay and when they damned well know that it isn't.
