When people say gay marriage is unnatural because they have to adopt, say George Washington and Julius Caesar.

They both could produce no heirs and both adopted. Washington adopted Martha's children and Caesar adopted Octavian, his grand nephew.

Say "whatever". Pointless to try to change that mindset.

So if the only purpose of marriage is procreation, should marriages of infertile or post-menopausal couples be annulled?
Perhaps you're just fishing for a socially acceptable rationalization for your bigotry.

Nothing. Why? "Never argue with a fool. A by stander won't know who is who."

Bullshit. Never let bigotry be expressed in your presence without pushback. Be unreasonable about it.
    Silence equals assent.

If it feels unnatural, don't do it.

If it feels natural, enjoy it.
