Does anyone believe in the chakras for sex? I listened to a podcast about a man who studied Khundalini. I have a lower back injury and have trouble with erections at times. Has the thought of repairing the chakras for sexual health been of interest to anyone?
@Funcouple07 Yes, the most popular forms of chakra healing are through meditation, breath control, and yoga, although there are other ways. Kundalini yoga awakens the kundalini energy at the base of the spine, and can help awaken sexual energy. It collectively falls under the category of Tantra, which as a massage specialist I have a fair amount of knowledge and experience of. So yes it is of interest, and yes I would recommend you explore this to help you with your injury and other issue.
I crushed my L2 & L3 about 13 years ago in a fall. As far as the “healing” goes I was one of the lucky ones and count my blessings, but I do have lingering issues with strength, pain, fatigue, that can be a challenge at times during sex. I had explored the very fringes of Tantra yoga prior to the accident but maybe I should be exploring further into Kundalini yoga as a means of healing and pain control.
