Im gonna list the ingredients of some MILK CHOCOLATE brownies we make and these ones often cause me NERVE PAIN several hours later... Im curious if anyone might be able to tell me what it might be? Ingredients Sugar,Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Bleached wheat flour,Niacin,Reduced Iron,Thiamine,Mononitrate,Riboflavin,Folic Acid),Palm Oil,Cocoa powder processed with Alkali,Less than 2% of Dextrose,Salt,Natural and Artifical flavours,Sodiom Bicarbonate,Wheat Starch.. Im thinking maybe its the ARTIFICAL FLAVOUR? (If its MSG it very well could be it)
All those processed chocolate things contain lead and cadmium in varying amounts. In general, milk chocolate has less than dark chocolate. So if you're sensitive to lead or cadmium you might just cut back on the brownies. My brownies are medicated, so I don't give a flyin' f. Lol.
Yes, making your own food is the only way to know what you're getting and control the intake of chemicals.
What a list of ingredients!! Surely there are brownie mixes that don't sound like a chemical list of shit you wouldn't want to consume!! I hope so, anyway. Not much help---sorry.
It's why I only make my own bread now for months, and delicious? omg 5 ingredients, flour, yeast, salt, & sugar. Water too.
