Long story. My wife and I were at the bar with friends. My wife got really drunk and wanted to go home while our friends and I continued to bar hop around the area. 20 minutes after dropping her off at home, my 12 year old son (her step son) sent me this picture and asked if she was okay. Not sure why he would take the picture besides for reasons I don’t want to think about. And if so, why send it to me? Should I talk to him about this or just ignore it and assume he was just concerned about his step mom? What would you do?
Yes I came home as soon as I knew she wasn’t feeling well. Just wondering if I should address the photo with him.

Looks like he is just showing you she is very ill and he is just asking you if she is OK. He was probably genuinely concerned. If, as you say, there may be other reasons you don't want to think about then that is only something you may know about and no-one else will know. Start with thinking about has he ever seen her naked before. Keeping it simple, most 12yo boys will think seeing a good-looking lady naked is exciting. Just talk to him.
