There is a recent thread that asks, what is the most exotic nationality/ethnicity you have been with? However, we, as humans, might typically notice such things more with a different nationality or ethnicity.

But we, as humans, tend to turn such things into a racial stereotype, as we all tend to make innocent racist assumptions. I want to begin by stating that all humans are both equal and individually unique.

So let me first say that this exotic trait that you enjoyed in that partner may not necessarily be true for other people of the same ethnicity, nationality, body type, or what ever you found exotic in that person. On the other hand, it could be representative---resulting from cultural traditions, traditional diets, etc. For example, whenever I am with a partner from India, I always notice, when licking their hands, that one hand has an odd taste...
