When I first discovered that there was a word for the amazing feelings I was giving myself every day, I would say it aloud. "Masturbate," I would say to myself as I masturbated, repeating it like a mantra. It thrilled me to find out there was a name for what I was constantly doing. As I got older, I began to talk dirty to myself as I got off, which often happens to this day. My sessions sometimes include a monologue, mostly about how much I love what I'm doing: "I'm such a masturbator.... I love masturbating.... I love to jack off..." sometimes nothing more elaborate that. Just saying out loud that masturbation is one of my favorite things, over and over. I have driven home and talked to myself about what will happen when I get home, how I can't wait to strip naked and drain my balls into one of my toys because I love masturbation. Even all these years later, saying, reading or hearing the word masturbation elicits an erotic charge in me. It can definitely be triggering.
