The Security Council won't do much, since the U.S. is a permanent member with a veto.

A good idea would be to have a backup computer or two or three. The majority of PC motherboards are made in Taiwan.
Companies such as Asus, MSI, Acer, etc.

Well., We can all be appalled by the unsanctioned military strike and arrest of Comrade Maduro. What is the reaction on the Street of Caracas Venezuela ?
And. in the Venezuela Exile capital: of Doral , Miami, Florida ?

Its too easy to dial up fox, to see people in The Streets, celebrating this regime change.

Has anybody seen push-back in The Streets ?
    ................................................................................................

Seeing people in Iran protesting about repression of women and financial malfeasance for the funding of external wars at the expense of providing water to Iranian cities.
Not seeing a lot of media about this. If We are listening to: "The Street ":
They want to privilege living standards, over jihad. .Our fellow man in Iran also deserves dignity.

What it seems to me is that there is a lot of noise and few nuts. Diosdado Cabello remains in the government, as do Nancy Rodríguez and her brother. If they continue governing Venezuela, I don't see any change in the regime.

Looks like the Venezuelan phase of Operation Condor has begun.

Access to the world's largest oil reserves are going to enrich a lot of private contractors.

However this will also further embitter the relations between the US and Latin America.

Most latin american countries due to past traumatic memories on brutal dictatorships installed during Operation Condor replacing democratically elected governments, is backing Venezuela.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres condemned the US military operation in Venezuela capturing President Nicolás Maduro, calling it a "dangerous precedent" that violates international law. He urged all parties to respect human rights and engage in inclusive dialogue.

US actions in Venezuela ‘constitute a dangerous precedent’: Guterres | Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs

The non-aligned movement (NAM) has similarly expressed its concern about the current US military deployment aimed at Venezuela. The NAM emphasized that a US military incursion into Venezuela “risks a spill-over effect into the entire Latin American and Caribbean region,” which would “jeopardize its status as a Zone of Peace.”

Wondering just what the United Nations is doing to end Russia's war on Ukraine? Seems Russia continues to hold a seat on the UN Security Council.
Was it operation condor that installed a dictatorship in Cuba?
Spare the tears for the Maduro Chavez regime that produced eight million refugees.

Nobody gives a shit about Maduro. He'll be OK, once he ponies up the ransom money like Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández did.
Tears aplenty for our Constitution, our representative democracy, and the rule of law.

Yes, Trump has already shown that he cares very little or nothing about international laws and the democratic rules of his own country. I would not be surprised at all if (God willing, with enough life and health) he'll trie to modify the Constitution to his liking and for his own benefit (let's hope that doesn't happen)

He doesn't have to "modify" the Constitution, he, the Republicans, the Supreme Court, and MAGA don't give a hoot what's in the Constitution.

Give that man a nobel peace prize. We should have a celebratory concert at the Trump-Kennedy center.

I think that the answer to the question is simpler than Epstein, or the Kennedy Center. The crooks who elected Heir Trumph are getting nervous about pay back for the billions of dollars they gave to the SOB to get elected. All you gave to so is to go to your local automotive repair service and take a deep sniff. You will very quickly smell the oil aroma that the Republican Organization stinks of. They are stealing oil from Venezuela to feed their GREED. The assholes who do not pay taxes anymore, and are so corrupt that they do not care about American Democracy or non elite Americans. They are losing sleep over renewable energy, and electric cars. I have little tear running down my leg for Trumph and the crooks who support him. WAKE UP AMERICA. The third Reich is alive and wanting to steal more.
