A couple of years my friend had prostate cancer and every so often has to do a PSA test. His wife permit him to have sex with men. Only his close friends know he is bisexual. Recently he failed the PSA test and show the cancer came back. He realized that the cum been swallowing and having his ass fuck could be reason why the test came back positive. He confess to his doctor his sexual activities with men which was pretty dreadful He retested and test came back to normal. Dr didn't say much about him being bi.

As a married man i am very discreet and hope my wife doesn't find out. This could have been me or any other men on here. I have given my wife access to my medical records and many men on this site probably also. I don't what the Dr wrote in my friend medical records and i hope this doesn't happen to anyone.

Your elevated PSA has nothing to do with being straight/bi/gay….. or jerking off. it is all about the orgasm. Doesn’t matter how you get it. I know. Google it…..No orgasms for a few days before the test. I did not know this, and with a family history of prostate cancer and my elevated PSA, I had to endure the dreaded prostate biopsy. Fortunately, it came back negative, and with each subsequent PSA test everything was normal. For me it was refraining from sex or jerking off a week before. I don’t wish that biopsy test on anyone.

 

Elevated PSA has to do with YOUR level of prostate specific antigen, not the levels of PSA in another man's semen. Any time YOU ejaculate (not the other guy) you tend to raise your PSA level temporarily.

However it is true that that physical stimulation on your prostate from being fucked anally by a penis or dildo can also temporarily raise your PSA, as can riding on a bicycle seat that stimulates your prostate area.

Also, a prostate infection can raise your PSA level until the infection is resolved, and prostate cancer will raise your PSA until it is treated. During a long process of diagnosis and treatment for prostate cancer, I was never asked about my sexual orientation.

The only times I have had to tell medical professionals that I am bi have been in STD clinics. I got a little careless several times and engaged in unsafe practices. That required follow-up testing. Only once was I positive for a STD. I had to take antibiotics for the clap.
