With a female partner, it's a given and adds a lot of passion to the sex. With a male, it's up to him if that's what he wants. But, it can be pretty hot.
In general, women are so much better at kissing than men are, so a woman can easily draw a kiss with a man into a beautiful realm. And certainly the lesbian kiss is probably the apex of kissing between two people. Two average male kissers together may not get to that beautiful realm, assuming you're even with a man who enjoys kissing (which is relatively rare in the bisexual community). But when you have two men who not only enjoy passionate kissing with each other, but have that special skill of mixture between softness and passion, and understanding the use of lips and tongue with a seductive approach within that passion, then the gay male kiss becomes out of this world incredible. That's at least how I've experienced it, someone who absolutely adores kissing with my male lovers.
