Thanks, CC. That was one I missed. (Silly me to think erowid had it all! LOL.) Is this s generic brand? I actually had, in my original post "unless it is some generic brand" but I deleted that line when I posted the info from erowid.

Again, thanks again for being on the ball!

hippie0204, is your gf abusing the drug, or does she have a legitimate reason for taking it? Does she have a prescription? Or is it black market? If she is in pain, I would talk to her about seeing a good doctor about it (she might be already) so she can get proper treatment.

OTOH, if she isn't in pain, and abusing or just recreational using, TALK to her about it, without accusations. There may be a good reason she is taking the Oxy.

You shouldn't let her do that. I had a friend who was selling pot and then started selling and doing alot of pills oxycodone was his pill of choice. He was always going through withdrawl and he looked like shit. Eventualy he was ripping peolpe off for more money for pills. His house got raided by SWAT and he's waiting for a court date. He was good friend of mine since middle school and he dropped out in ninth grade. It's very sad to he how he's been doing, and I told him that I worried about him and that I cared. He seemed to appriciate me saying so but that didn' stop him. I'm not saying that it will happen to your girl, but the best way to prevent it is for her to just stay away.

Her poor mom must be coming up short at the end of the month. It isn't right to make people in pain suffer. You may need to talk to her, nicely though, with no incriminations.

Yes, it is not hard to get addicted to pain meds, if you are taking them recreationallly (although there are people who can "chip" for years and never have a problem.) But it isn't fair to steal people's meds.
