Words to describe orgasms

Hi, I was curious about how one would explain what an orgasm feels like.
This topic may far exceed what text communication offers.
When i try to explain it i say that at a point in masturbation I first get this pleasure rush
then the ejaculations go; I try to keep the rush feeling going after the ejaculations are done.
Anyone got good words about how to describe that rush feeling better?
I hope women get those same feelings as we men do.
