Its easy to check yes on a survey but no way that's true. I guess the most interesting thing I saw related to this topic was the publics reaction to Luigi Mangione killing that brain Thompson. Way more then 7.1% of people cheered about it, I never saw anything like it since this internet thing even existed people everywhere cheered it on. But if 7.1% of people were willing to kill a person to advance an important political goal it would be a complete war zone outside right now.
Saying it isn't doing it. The vast majority of people couldn't kill someone except in self-defense, and would back down if the opportunity to kill a politician presented itself, even if that politician were Trump.
