I have really mixed feelings about all this. If a friend or family member was attacked or worse, would you not want the culprit apprehended before anyone else was harmed.

On the other hand, I am thinking of that famous line from Di Fledermaus, "It's nice to have a wife in the house, as long as she's not your own".

 

In Smithtown, NY. The Town has installed a $260,000 surveillance command center with access to 250 camera feeds from across the town. It has the ability to follow a car around the town.
