Ignoring her seems to be my best option, but we work together, and she just says shit like "So what did you do yesterday?" To which I reply "Nothing." She'll say "Well you were online at xx:yy" and it creeps me the fuck out that she's just watching me.
I would tell her its none of her business and that she is creepy as hell..or ask her if she has anything better to do then be your "lifer" (thats what I usually call stalkers) or just tell her you were looking at porn....
Sometimes its not about winning or loosing. Its problem solving. One possiblity is to re-register with a different screen name. Keep the old name knowing she will track you with from these posts. That way, you can feed her the information you want her to know. Play with her mind a little. If you do this, don't forget to remove your Email and IM addresses from your old post name.
you could switch handles with someone and "be on" at a time when you couldn't be on (i.e. you're in her line of sight) and just totally tweak with her in thus fashion, it'll dissaffect her monitoring method, false positives rock.

She's stalking you online? You could get a keylogger, send her the keylog trojan which would record her every movement pretty much and send them to you. You can change all her passwords. And she'll never know what hit her.
