Hundreds of feet of discarded high voltage electrical line about 1/4 inch in diameter. At first glance I thought I’d struck it rich as it appeared to be copper. Unfortunately it was only copper coated steel worth only a few pennies per pound.
I wish! I would have strapped it to my back and hauled it out all by myself if need be, lol. Unfortunately, no it was all rusted and destroyed. It was in a big pile of stuff in the middle of the woods on the property I purchased. One of my older neighbors that have been here forever, said that it used to be a little shack that someone lived in a very long time ago. I would really love to know how he powered the refrigerator though because there is no electric coming to this property or even within a few thousand feet of it. Maybe he just used it like a cooler and put ice in it or something. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I found a few full rolls of rust old barbed wire leaning against a tree but it was near an old, unused animal enclosure.
