For me, the decision to have sex with another man was actually a long process. If you're in a relationship with a woman and decide to act on your fantasies (as I did) can indeed be a long process. To the woman, it appears to be all of a sudden, but reality is that we were thinking of it for a long time. I broached the subject of swinging to my ex (she's been hit on by other women) but that was a no-go, lol.
