I don't see how you can possibly find this amusing. It's quite an unfortunate thing. I suppose you would point and laugh at the handicapped too. You should be smacked in the face for being so ignorant towards the misfortunes of others. If you had a kid like that, I doubt you would find it the least bit amusing, but then again, you could be just that cold hearted.

 

It's not fake, it's been all over the news all week. It does look like something that *could* be photoshopped though, it's strange enough if I hadn't heard it from reputable news sources I might've believed it was a fake too. But knowing it's not, I agree with ArgScalawag, it's quite sad for the child and the mother. I hope the operation will work so the kid can have a normal life. And no, 'weird' medical pictures don't bother me in a way that'll disturb my sleep, nice try but no prize.

 

I laugh at certain handicapped people, but that's because my father is, and he's an ass, there are just as many assholes in wheelchairs as not, every time there is a story on the news about a poor pathetic handicapped person who is worthy of our pity just because they can't walk\see\hear\think Every sector of society has bad people.

 

yes but mocking people just brings bad karma... and you should grade them on an individual basis.

That picture isn't about some guy being an asshole who just happens to be in a wheelchair, that is a poor kid who has done nothing wrong and does not deserve to be the butt of someone's joke.

For a place called Hipforums, you guys dont seem very "hippy"-like. I mean, little 5 year olds would make comments like "eewww thats sick" "Thats weird" and stuff.I feel sorry for that girl and for the other twin that did not get the chance to live life at all.
