My ecological footprint is 23, and if every person in the world were like me, we'd need 5.2 Earths to support us . . . so I need to cut back on my consumption. Thank you, jivre. Take care.

    Footprint of 11; we'd need 2.5 earths.

It's the driving that hangs me. Public transportation is nearly non-existant where I live, and the campuses where I go to school are 25 and 40 miles from my house.

My footprint was 14, and the US average is 24.
    We'd need 3.1 planets.

Mine is 4.5 earths, dang, I thought I was sorta enviroemental-friendly.

I know the problem, I drive a jeep which is a gas hog, I live in the rural part of Alabama and I have to drive to where I need to go, because of the miles that seperate me from like other places. When I get out on my own I will get a more fuel efficient vehicle, but my dad gave me this so I use it now. Its free.

Ok, If I was 12 living in a house without water or electricity of <500ft in a town of <1000 with weather like Seattle, never went anwywhere except on a bike, hardly bought anything at the store, and only ate vegetables people like me would need 1 earth. ( I had to try)

-------->true answer: 9 we'd need two whole planets

5.2, that's 2.9 planets. Not bad. We just have to spend more cash on space exploration and find 2 planets.
