    hey guys,
just back from my trip. thanks for all the tips and advice.
as i had anticipated the plan went absolutely out the window!
while we were there it was snowing! like inches of snow! our flight home was cancelled and we had to stay another night OH NO! lol the city was beautiful covered in snow. il tyr and post some pics of it.
we stayed in the flying pig downtown. i cant reccomend it highly enough. its really cool, met some nice people there, although the staff could have been a bit friendlier. there was a nice bar and everything but we didnt stay in the hostel too much. theres too much goin on outside! went to boom chicago too, that was a blast. but wish we could've smoked some dope in there. i would've but i didnt want to be the first to spark up! so we passed.
all in all a great trip. cant wait to go back to holland again. il probably skip amsterdam next time though, and go back to leiden or haarlem.
    Jenn xx

Good to hear you had a great time :) I was in Amsterdam during the snow as well.. really weird for this time of the year and also the amount is really abnormal.. but beautiful though! :D

And you're right, there are other lovely cities in the Netherlands.. if you want something totally different try Maastricht. It's way in the south and the nature is kinda different there.. there are hills and caves and stuff.. pretty cool.

Also in the middle of the country there is this national park called the 'Veluwe'.. it's a beautiful part of the country if you like rest & nature.. although you probably can best go to some other country if you really want to see impressive nature.. since it is a small country so the woods are small as well in comparison.

Anyway.. yeay! You had a great time!

The snow thing was weird, there's never snow in March and certainly not that much. It looked beautiful, but i hated it when it started melting.
