right now im stricty watching what i eat! i average about 1000 calories a day. here is a sample breakfast: oatmeal with fat free milk and dried cranberries / or Kashi go lean cereal with fat free milk / or granola bar lunch: Kashi go lean protein shake with fat free milk mixed with 1tblspn flax meal and weat germ dinner: usually whatever, but small portions.... chicken with veggies, homemade black bean burritos, and plenty of water or gatorade its amazing on how many calories are in drinks and non-filling items.. snacks and such.... i cut most everything out that wont keep me satisfied out of my diet intake. so far so good... im feeling full, and no cravings. i do ocasionally eat something that isnt so good, but i cant deprive myslef completely.. all in moderation. i do take my vitamins to make sure im getting enough important stuff in me... like a womans multi vitamin and b-complex. helps as well!
