Anyone who wants a job....read this

We are going on the road with Carters Steam Fair in two weeks, we desperatly need full-time or weekend staff, you'll get paid (obviously!) and a place to sleep and also have a GREAT time. It would rock if you can work the whole season, (now til September)

Actually, Lozi is just using a little Yorkshire slang. Agrue is kind of a mix of "agree" and "argue". Kind of like agreeing to disagree, you simply agree to argue.
