My 4 year old is having an "off" kind of day. He is getting better as the day goes on but this morning he was having some troubles.

My 6 year old looked at him and with a straight face he said "Today is not your day". I thought that sounded so funny when he said it.

If you have children/siblings how do they behave when the other child is in trouble?

I'm sorry to hear that Blackie. Sounds like A is trying to find where he belongs with his peers. He'll soon realize that this path is not the right one to gain popularity.

I'll be sending you an email later this morning. I want to talk to you about my brother's son. He's having similar problems.

How is the boy that got beat up? Has anyone checked in on him or called his parents?

Why must everyone sue everyone nowadays...? Even 2-5 yrs ago when I would get in trouble for this stuff, nobody ever sued anyone and believe me, i got into some pretty big stuff in elementary school and junior high. Wed ust get detention or whatever and then theyd have everyone involved sit down with the principal and talk to each other. No money involved.
