Recently, I have engaged in a schedule that is wreaking havoc on my body. I have been going to bed late and waking up early for class. Also, I am taking medication for my asthma which I only remember to take off and on, which isn't really good for my body. Anyway, because of my off-schedule, and recent school-related stress (as well as the recent months of winter) I have gained weight and become drained of energy. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a specific type of yoga that could help to regulate my body and get it back into a normal routine, as well as return some energy and possibly help to lose some of the weight I have gained as a result of my recent activities.
