I wanted to hear people opinions about the morning after pill.. I had intercorse a couple days ago, the condom broke, after only about 2 pumps. We felt the difference right away and stopped... but I was very perinoid and went to my doctor ASAP... She gave me the morning after pill, which actually consists of four pills... I had to take two before bed, and two 12 hours later.... I felt so sick the next day... What are everyones experiences with the M-A-P?? ThANKS FOR the imput... Has it been successful for everyone? My doctor told me it has a 15% rate of failing....
The hormones in that pill are instense...so be prepared ..if you take it .. to feel funky .. grow facial hair .. I dunno .. but its super concentrated so ... it will jack with you ..but if you want a peice of mind and your fertile .. def take it .. its about 50.00 ....otherwise .. its a no brainer .. I only tried it years ago .. so maybe things have changed ...
I had the same problem a few weeks ago... luckly though, i was too lazy to get my butt to the doctors like I was going to..cuz now I know there would have been no point to it.
When I got on the pill, my Dr. gave me a prescription for the morning after pill, to use just in case. She said that it was the exact same thing as taking 10 of my birth control pills at once. I never did use it (didn't have sex the entire time I was on the pill), but I can see why that would make you feel sick... I'm sure you'll be fine. Drink lots of water to flush it out of your system.
