No offense to those who this doesnt apply to. I'm only talking about the people that honestly believe this but...

Stupid bloody ignorant christians using the bible to justify how much they hate gay marriage!!!! Bloody hell!! well I'm not so much opposed to that as their ignorance over adam and eve. "Man created eve for adam. they are meant to be together." "Adam and eve are equal". any of that bull. it's a bad link between that and gay marriage anyway.

My point is that you should all be familiar with lilith,, if you want to say anything about adam and eve. it was in the bible but it, along with many other important bits of info (the tradition used to be to be taught the spoken part (commentary) as well as the written part. nobody learns the spoken part anymore)... Lilith was eve's first wife. She wanted to be equal to him but wasn't allowed. when she found out, she left. Adam tried in vain to get her back so g-d created eve, poor eve, made out of adam's rib, so she would always be a part of man, hence woman, and somewhat subversive. You may already see a few conflicts between that story and common beliefs about man-woman relationships, and may understand why its not so well known BUT ITS THERE

Adam and eve are not, and never were, equal. Why are you running around saying men and women are supposed to be together, unless you believe that women are below men? Women are equal to women, men are equal to men. If you want an equal relationship according to the bible, you have to be homosexual. if it wasn't made apparent by that story then perhaps you'll look at what you should know, which is the belief held by many that women are below men because of the whole eve and the "forbidden fruit" thing.

No woman can ever be equal to man, unless she is spawn of lilith, essentially making her extremely evil, and inhuman. Look it up people. sheesh.

I disagree with gay marriage, but have no hatred towards homosexuals/bisexuals.

    Ditto.
And Lilith was in the koran...not the Bible.
It's not just Adam and Eve. Christians don't HATE gays, they want to help them.
It was stated in the Bible that sin created Gay people.

I used to support them in gay marriage. I used to find a loop hole in almost every 'anti-gay' statement throughout the whole 'proofs' of God condemning homosexuality. Until I read the 'how gays came to be' part, as I call it.
and my conclusion was: The Bible does NOT condemn Homosexuality, but what it does condemn is homosexual SEX. Nothing wrong with a platonic relationship.

Haha that last part really made no sense.. Anyway, it's funny, always the christians excuse, 'but we're trying to help them!'. Perhaps some people don't want/need help, and what would make christians so sure that they know best for others anyway?

Nobody wants to get to Hell. Do you KNOW what happens in hell?!
If they become Christians they won't go to Hell.

What about those who lived before Christ and those who never got a chance to hear the message?

Are you saying that no christian will go to hell, if you are then you are contradicting your bible.

Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.- Ma 7:21

I believe as long as they aren't hurting anyone and are happy with their lives there's nothing wrong with it... We're all bisexual.. you just lean one way or the other and some people choose to lean towards heterosexuality, some homosexuality. Nobody has a choice to conform to a majority rules kind of thing if they feel that they have the inability to do so... Besides, a lot of homosexuals are Christians. There has even been a church in Philly, I believe, that was founded by homosexuals because they were not being accepted and felt like they needed to stay together and follow their religious beliefs at a church...

I mean, there's nothing wrong with it in my eyes... To each their own.

I have a question.. Do you know what happens in hell? If you do, please enlighten me because I'd love to know, since according to the majority of Christians, I'll probably be going there! hehe. :)

Ugh. It's disgusting. From what I've read:

Remember Hitler's concentration camps? How they took off the Jews skins for soap and such? That's a picnic day in Hell. You'll be tortured eternaly, worms come and crawl around in your body, and you feel the, after that flames come up and burn you 'till you're a skelaton, then your body quickly rebuilds itself, and you'll go through it over and over again,
of coarse, hell has layers for the different torture levels.

Just misery, anguish, and torture,-that's all you'll get.

Exactly. Deception. Satan loves that. He's been around a looooonnnng time, he knows just the buttons to push to get your mind off the Lord. Nonbelievers will go to hell, for denying that Jesus died for us.Ignoring his FREE sacrifice. The Earth is where you decide to go to heaven or hell.

thats pretty generalised...if people are using just that one example of why gay marriage is wrong they are wrong!!! it also says that marriage should be between a MAN and a WOMAN.....many times.....so yeh thats a poor example my friend...

well you did not read this in the Bible.

The Bible says Hell is when you are completley cut off from God's presence.
It also mentions weeping and gnashing of teeth.
no worms. no rebuilding bodies, no torture levels.
