my favorite teacher was arrested yesterday at his home for Marijuana....i think he might have been growing it...i feel so bad because he was the nicest teacher i have ever met..he was the only teacher that would say something to someone if they say hurtful things about ppl...he was very liberal and a deadhead and burned me like 8 dead cds..i feel so bad cause they might take away his home and he has a son with autisim...he was one of the few teachers that were actually nice and respected the students. a hippy with bad luck..peace out

they shouldnt judge ppl on what they smoke but on what kinda person they are. this teach sounds great and doesnt deserve to be arrested. mj laws are so stupid, it should be your choice.

Yeah, they will arrest a person and keep him in jail for growing a simple weed, but will release into public some worthless turd like the dude who kidnapped and killed the little girl in Florida, who has been a sex offender for years, gets in trouble and keeps getting out...where's the justice???!!!
i feel so bad...but he had like 8 plants in his house that were locked in a closet..but the cops said they didnt find any evidence of him selling..Drug laws create criminals....this sucks...
Man, that sucks so much. I feel for you and your teacher. Man, I know one of my teachers is a pot head. He used to trip a lot of acid back in the day, too.
I don't understand the big deal with marijuana. Besides my belief that the gov't doesn't want it changing anyone's minds... Hell, you hurt more people and yourself on alcohol and phamaceuticals... Then the gov't makes money off of you because they control and have money in pharmaceuticals.
your right..and i reason i hear ppl say pot is bad is because its illegal...things that are legal are worse..like cigs and alcohol...its such bull..and once he had plants growing who knows whats going to happen..i really hope he doesnt go to jail
they arrested him and then let him go on the promise that he has to appear in court...so as of right now hes not..but who knows after court
You're not a lawyer, and you don't know what you're talking about. A promise to appear in court is an agreement you sign stating you'll go to court on such and such a day. No money is involved. As for you're teacher, its bullshit, but he's not the first to be arrested for pot. The system sucks.
I do know what I'm talking about. Bail is paid as a promise to appear in court (obviously accompanied with a signature of some kind). That's how you're released.
