so my thing right now (again) is making things with hemp, bags and belts and whatever i weave it to be.......ive been making these things i call "soapers" they are hemp bags (crochet) 'bout big enuff for a bar of soap, with a long looped drawstring, so you can wear it....the hemp makes a great washing cloth, we use 'em when we are on the road. and just hang 'em to dry with the soap still inside. no fuss! I was wondering if this sounds interesting to anyone else, mabe i will make more and barter them.......tell me what you think. thanks
I have a knitted one made out of cotton. I really like it. Hemp would be even better because it is more durable. The hemp would actually exfoliate too because it is rougher than cotton. Have fun making them! I really like my cotton one.
I've been making them (crocheting) for years. They sold really well out of our shop. You can check mine out at my page...then click 'Hemp Goods'. Hemp Basics (I think thats the name) sells knitted ones that look cool too My husband has been using the same one for over 2 years!
