Will you be on private property? Will you block entrances or sidewalks? Amplification (a bull-horn) may need a special permit. Contact your local police and they will give you the low down. OR.. you could do it without permitting. "It is easier to beg forgivness that get permission."
get in touch with the protestors in Cinci and Cleveland: they'll have better Ohio-specific info. but a die in in a park could be fairly easy. call it a picnic. get a parade permit if needed. have your own security to keep the protestors in line. Some folks get hot-headed.
