I think yoga is what keeps me from getting fat... it's really the only exercise I do but I do it for 1-2 hours every day and I usually get pretty...
I do yoga outside whenever the weather is good... I love it!!!! I only do naked yoga in my bedroom w/ the door locked, though. :grimacing:
