goldenganji have u been fooled by your dealers? like bluefrost1 said: 1/8 = 3.5 grams 1/4 = 7 grams 1/2 = 14 grams 1 Ounce = 28 grams
dude yeah. you gotta know this stuff or else you'll get ripped the fuck off. if you pay the price for a "1/4" but your only getting an 8th your screwed bigtime
your gona want to find someone new to buy off anyone who will try and rip you off like that is never trustworthy
maybe, maybe not. i mean cmon, ripping off doesnt always have to do with the dealer. it could be the buyer who thought it was like that and told the dealer this and the dealer just didnt say anything cuz umm... who wouldnt want spare money?
You should also take into account the weight of the bag itself. I've met a few that would throw a half ounce on a scale and say "see it weighs 14 grams". It should weigh 15 grams, 14 for the pot and 1 for the plastic bag. There are a lot of people out there trying to find ways to cheat you whenever possible. If you're going to be buying small quantities then get yourself a finger weight scale and don't be embarrassed to use it.
Seriously, is it that hard to figure out? Figure out how many grams are in an ounce and then figure out what 1/4 or 1/8 of that is.
I worked with a guy one time where we asked him to show us 5/16" on a ruler, he pointed to 5/8". Some people are simply clueless, especially when it comes to math.
memorize the grams. if you cant memorize it then write it someplace that you can always get to it when your in doubt. remember most bags weight 1 gram.
