Could it be that your anger, violence and eagerness to kill animals and cruelty, is because you had sex with your dog then killed her, had sex with your mom, your female cousins or all of the above. :jester:

Killing a dog, an animal, stray or not, inflicting violence on animals intentionally will only come back to haunt you. It is karma, in case you didn't know.

This happened in Chile when I was living down there. There are so many stray dogs because people can't afford to keep them very long and they don't have room for a full-grown dog, only puppies. Often people will buy a puppy and then let it become a stray dog....sad i know.

While that's very sad, and I understand the problem here, the math is very simple:

2 human deaths just aren't enough to justify the murder of 100,000 dogs. Dogs aren't the only animals with rabies, and if dogs are only killing 2 a year, that's unbelievably small compared to other deaths. They're are still many, many deaths from wife burning, AIDS, plain old poverty and starvation, etc. These kill way, way more than 2 a year.

Let's solve those first. And let's solve 100,000 stray dogs by getting them food, water, and shelter if they have so much time and money to spend on dogs.

Frankly I resent the sexual references you've made, Sitka. Not only are they immature, but I don't appreciate them, seeing as how I'm underage and I joined this site when I was 14.

Even when people disagree they can have rational, mature, enjoyable if heated arguements. No need for name-calling, insults, and Kindergarten antics.

Actuallty, India is a democracy. Mostly. Which means you leave them to decide which issues are important.

I'm merely saying that a)stray dogs are both dangerous (both the two reported deaths, any unreported deaths, and general nuisance) b)killing animals isn't morally wrong. You don't take pleasure in it, or enjoy it. But it is societally acceptable (killing animals for the convenience of eating meat/killing mice, rats and other vermin/whatever) and (although this is subjective) not morally wrong.

I see you critiquing only me and not the putz; I'm betting this is more about disagreeing with me or not liking me. I don't really care about your delicate ears.

Stev90, two last things to say before I pop you on my ignore list:

1)Karma is a lot less likely to bite me in the ass than you are to get your ass beat in some bar for lipping off the wrong person. While I don't know you and therefore can't give you the personal honour of a good ol' fashion shitkicking - personalities such as yours don't keep their good health or dignity for very long.

2)You aren't accomplishing anything. I'm not pissed off, I don't even hate you. Your insults are neither a)original, b)funny, or c)hurtful. I don't see the motivation to keep going. All you are is disrespectful; that would be one thing if it were to my face, but instead all I see is a little boy cowering behind the internet. You have so small a sense of personal dignity you aren't worth caring about.

To everyone else: Before you judge me as some dog-killing monster . I am not a bad person.

I believe in hard work, loyalty, and civic service. I treat my girlfriend, my friends, and my family well. I am a volunteer firefighter, and involved in Search and Rescue.

My dog was rescued from a pound that puts down about half their animals. I treat her well; she gets lots of attention, and at least 2 hours of excercise a day. She is in the process of being trained and certified for search and rescue.

The only difference between us is that I think a dog's worth is based on their relationship to humans; feral dogs don't have those. Protecting endangered people, especially children, is necessary: dogs aren't. I don't buy the argument of 100,000 dogs being more valuable than 2 people (ingoring rabies deaths, of which dogs are the main vector in India).
