Welp, 19 days left till 21/12. What's everybody's opinion on the matter? If the world honestly ended, what would your reflections on your life be, what did the human experience mean to you? And what do you think you learned from it all? :sunny:

i learned to only reply to each thread topic once, no matter how many times identical threads are made.
I have learned that there are an infinite number of morons who will seize on any "doomsday" that they an.... one right after the last. Maybe I can find some wealthy eccentrics who will sign their supercars over to me, that I might take good care of them after the world's gone.
I would hope so. I see no relevance in critiquing my spelling and preferred dialect other then to defer from the thread topic and to waste other users time reading useless information.
But this is what random thoughts is all about. To get back on topic. I don't think the end of the world is happening. I'm not sure where the people who are going on about this are getting their information from, probably many incomplete, invalid sources. Anyway, if I died today I'd be pissed...cause I have two little girls, but if the whole world ended I'd be quite fine with that. I'm not going to stop anything I'm doing though to be fine with it.
fanatics will fart and the rest of us will go about our lives. we ARE doing terrible things to our environment which we WILL eventually pay for. but it won't be paid in a single day. instead it will take agonizing decades for the suffering to end. nor will it commence suddenly on any one single day. nor, for that matter, is it too late, to stop doing them.
You honestly have not heard anything regarding the Mayan calendar, the theory that the world ends on 12/21/12 because the Mayan's accurately portrayed the calendar up to that date but never got past that date?

I think people are missing the main point of my post. I personally don't see the world ending, I'm just using the 'what if' scenario to ask a much deeper question. I would like to understand how most people would feel and reflect under the circumstance that we humans had to finally throw in the towel.
