    Grace Slick....the mellow, psychedelic lady of the 60s....and Michelle Phillips.....the folkier, pop-rock queen of Mamas and the Papas fame!! My fave GS song has gotta be "Today".....my fave M & the P's tune "My girl"......and yours?

    "Today" isnt graces song....it was Marty Balin's.

    but I agree with you here! and they still look beautiful as ever.

    and of course we have to mention Janis.....

    Yeah, I know....it was written by Marty and it's on his solo album, but NO-ONE sings it like Grace!!:drool:

    but she only sings backup on it! do you have a version of her singing it? i'd love to hear it....

    I like Emylou Harris and Joni Mitchell Better when it comes to rock and folk.
