Hey folks...I'm clearing out my backyard for possibly gardening or plant/landscaping...I have a whole lot of oak trees that've been dumping they're leaves around for the last 20 years or so, and I'm wondering if the leaves are acidic or base... The soil underneath seems to be rich, I'm just wondering if I should prep everything in some other way before next spring when the heavy digging & planting is gong to go down... It's also a damp area, hillside, lots of glacier boulders.... I can post survey pics if anyone is interested...
