What have you done this year? What were some of your favourite memories, what have you achieved?

So far I've taken 6 showers, ate 10 Big macs and put new poison in the bird feeders, looks like it was a good year..

I remarked to myself how tall Florence from Florence and the Machine was on Jools Holland's hootenany,

I saw a comical musical play last night which was quite good for a bit of light fluffy entertainment,

I ordered a Chinese takeaway (yet to arrive)

Sadly you've wasted the whole year in three days :(

Haha. Perhaps I accomplished the most important, yet seemingly insignificant things in my entire life this year.

I found the perfect spot for using an axe in the snow under the moonlight.
Tin foil and kumara needed for midnight munchies.

Actually no, my brother was with me. We hiked through thick forest for four hours to find a new winter campsite since the last one just had a mountain bike track worn straight through it. Nevermind, this new one is better! Bring on port, cigars and a big fire in the snow!! :)

....yes, there was no snow the year this was taken. But I know how to make a fire!!!
(It's actually raining heavily in the picture)

  16. I've already been to 3 street parties. The Spanish know how to celebrate in style.
    Knitted a new sweater
    Flew (Flied) a kite

I'm going to take the rest of the year off to recover!
