What's up everybody, I'm a 23yr open minded guy originally from South Florida. I found this site while looking into festivals and the rainbow gathering and have come back every time I plan on taking off on trip. Well here I am again so as you can imagine I'm off to travel. I plan on traveling the country (US) for the next year. I am starting in the east and am immediately heading west and doing some exploring out in the AZ, NM, UT, CO, CA areas. Then I want to check out lots of festivals in the summer. I'm new to the whole scene so I hope to meet some cool like minded people to share in my experience with and maybe get some good tips from.
Sounds fun! if you come through michigan... Well dont come through michigan rothbury got cancelled this year so there is not much here to explore unless you go to the U.P. Anyways good luck with your travels wish I could do the same.
Hey man, my friend and I are doing the same thing this summer. Starting in Illinois at Summer Camp festival over memorial day weekend, heading down to Wakarusa the 3rd-6th of June and then driving to North Carolina for a couple days before finishing off the trip at Bonnaroo in Tennessee. Wish I could take more time off but thats about all I could squeeze out of my work. We plan on making a sky diving trip and doing a lot of hiking and state park camping. You should definitely look into one of these festies, Summer Camp and Waka both have released part of their lineup and they are both very good! Happy travels!
Hey guys thanks for the response. Yeah I really never had the desire to go to michigan or much of the east coast really as I've lived here my whole life. I've traveled the east coast a bit so I really wana check out the west coast. Are there very many festivals over that way? I know burning man is in the dessert.

Yeah the festivals are something I'm really looking forward to. I haven't been to any yet but my friend that I'm meeting up with out west has been travelin and goin to festivals awhile. Well I am leaving tomorrow and should be setting up camp in Arkansas tomorrow afternoon. Anybody in the Lake Dardenelle area is more than welcome to stop by and burn one. Just follow your nose to my site. LOL
