symptoms, and 20-30 percent respiratory symptoms.
The recommended therapy is to avoid cow's milk."

When I first heard that milk and dairy products can cause sinus problems I didn't believe it. It sounded absurd. Then when I stopped consuming dairy my sinuses felt a lot better. I can't touch dairy in the spring or fall or else I am in utter misery. My guts feel a lot better too.

If you don't care that is fine. It is your life and your body, but if you have any mentioned problems or are at risk it is a good idea to atleast cut out dairy from your diet and see how things go for you. Then again maybe you enjoy the pain. :)

That's why I also avoid soy milk.

Most people are to some extent sensitive to dairy and wheat or so my allergist said. I'm flat out allergic to dairy so I avoid it so I don't look like a leper, but a lot of my friends have cut it out also and they feel healthier.

Definitely if you're sensitive, allergic, or lactose intollerant, you should cut it out. I don't get why lactose intolerant people just get lactaid.. your body is telling you something, listen!

How is my statement stupid? Do you not think that a mother's breast milk is ideal for her baby? While humans can clearly consume cow's milk, I just don't see any adult's nutritional requirements being the same as a baby cows.

Well you can decide to eat anything you want, but that does not make it good for you. You can eat the entire tomato plant if you really want to, but just because the tomato is good for you does not make the whole plant so.

And yes, as I already mentioned dairy, especially milk, does not do my body good.

the statement was stupid because its saying we get only nutrients from the meat, but not the milk. yea, we get plenty of nutrients from the milk of a cow. its complete protien, plus it acts as calcium carrier. and a whole host of other things. sure some are lactose intolerant, but thats them...not everyone.

you show me studies that say eating a well placed diet with lean red meat and lots of veggies - these are whole foods is bad for me. go ahead and try....you wont' find any, or if you do its quackary science. you can't tell me lean red meat is bad for me. the studies just dont' prove it when the person eats a variety of veggies and has some fruit. sure, you can cherry pick a general person who eats meat from mickey d's and say its bad for them - i agree, it is - but i can sure as hell pick a veggie eater who eats a lot more saturated fat than i do and say its just as bad or worse than the meat eater who goes to mickey d's. but you can't say my diet is bad for me and you can't say a veggy diet is better than my diet of lean red meat with plenty of veggies. just not possible and the scienve backs me up.
