Are you still currently seeking treatment? If not, why not? Was there a plan set up for you after you left inpatient? I hope things become more tolerable for you
People have some pretty nasty stuff inside them sometimes. None of it belongs to you. You're only using it. Whatever pain you have in your life can be made to go away if you're willing to work hard for it. The fact that you're venting here is a good start. Continue to express yourself in whatever channel you can find. Running and other heavy activities is good to take the wind out of your sails. Tired people make poor madmen. Find the proper channel for yourself and watch change happen. x
I was going to ask this myself. The spider bites alone can wreck a person's health. Whatever anger you have within you has to come out but in a controlled fashion. Whenever rage has a hold on somebody, you'll just wind up in jail because that's the first place people with mental conditions wind up in this country. Law enforcement has little ability to deal with it. Make sure you get the right kind of help. You need a worker who will see to your best interests. I wish you luck. x
