Hey, ppls can ya spot the mistake? Is it true that: a = a quadrating a^2 = a^2 substracting a^2 from both sides a^2 - a^2 = a^2 - a^2 using formulaes (a-a)(a+a) = (a-a)a erasing same elements(a-a) a+a = a finaly 2a = a erasing same elements(a) 2=1 How you doin'? :H
Gives ZERO = ZERO! yes... meaning, "divide by (a-a)" But... this is a DIVIDE BY ZERO. Another way of looking at it: This is like saying: 0 = 0 0 * 1000 = 0 * 1 1000 = 1 In other words, if two things multiplied together give zero, then one or the other must be zero, (or both) and this tells you nothing about the other thing. But, you've got a nice little trick here.
