a t-shirt doll.... Buddha?

Is this guy Buddha? I've no idea... but this, at one point, was a t-shirt I found in a store down town Toronto... When the t-shirt got a hole on the side, I hated the idea of throwing it out, so I cut out the figure on the front, and the same sized peice of material from the back of the t-shirt.

Then, sewn the two sides together, stuffed him, outlined the already-black outline with puffy fabric paint, added the beads in his hands, and some leftover rust-coloured eyelash yarn got glued on the outside of him.

Ta-da!

He now makes a neat little doll/pillow.

yeah, I wasn't sure if that's buddha... but it kinda looks like buddha, sorta... anyway, I can temporarily call it my faux-buddha doll!
